Shipping & Returns

We understand that receiving your rubber sealing products in a timely and secure manner is essential. That's why we have streamlined our shipping process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. Below, you'll find all the necessary details regarding our shipping policies, methods and guidelines for any products you wish to return.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2:30pm the same day. Orders received after 2:30pm or on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following working day.

United Kingdom

All orders for addresses in the UK mainland will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or a next working day courier (such as DHL Parcel or DPD). The shipping method is based on the weight and value of the goods within the parcel. These carriage charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on these factors.

£5.94 for orders up to £29.99
£9 for orders between £30.00 and £47.99
£13.14 for orders between £48.00 and £119.99
£18 for orders between £120.00 and £359.99
£24 for orders over £360.00

International (Europe and Rest of World)

Orders for international address will be dispatched by Royal Mail or an international courier (such as TNT or FedEx). This will vary depending on the weight of the parcel. These carriage charges will be automatically calculated at checked based on your delivery address and the products in your basket.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In such cases we are here to help and offer a refund against your order.

Time Frame for Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Products: All items must be returned in their original condition and include all packaging and accessories. We are not able to accept any returns that show signs of use or damage. This includes fitting the seal onto your caravan or motorhome.

Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Restocking Charge: Please be advised that all orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing your returns. As your order was customised to your required length it is now shorter and less likely to sell to another customer. We are also unable to refund the original shipping cost as this is a fee we cannot recover from the couries.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions: Certain items may be exempt from our returns policy. This includes custom-made products, such as bespoke seals, trims and gaskets.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, the restocking charge will be waived and we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Non Stock Items

In the rare event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as practically possible that there will be a delay receiving your goods.
