This fixed caravan window seal fits onto a 27mm thick panel and has a 6mm thick glass. It can be used on fixed windows on caravans or motorhomes that require a new rubber seal to stop water ingress. When fitted, these window rubbers enhance the functionality and comfort of your vehicles windows and provide an exceptional seal that stands up to the rigors of travel.
We manufacture this window seal from high-quality solid rubber materials that are durable and long-lasting. The profile is extruded from EPDM which is engineered to withstand a variety of weather conditions, from intense sunlight and UV to heavy rain and fluctuating temperatures. The durability of this rubber ensures that the seal remains effective over time, preventing leaks and draughts, which can be common issues on caravans and motorhomes.
This seal also features an internal lip that is designed to catch any condensation that forms on the inside of the window pane. This prevents moisture dropping down the inside walls of your van, causing potential issues with damp ingress.
This window rubber requires a black filler strip to apply compression onto the glass. This helps create a strong compression fit, preventing moisture and contributing to a more serene and dry interior, no matter the external conditions. We also recommend that you bed the rubber onto the wall of your caravan or motorhome with a non-setting butyl mastic.

These carriage charges will be automatically calculated at checked based on your delivery address and the products in your basket.
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In such cases, you are able to return your item for a refund. As the vast majority of our products are customised to your length requirement at the time of order, there will be a 20% restock charge applied to any returned items. This is to cover the costs associated with processing the refund and storing the returned item until someone purchases an identical length. We are also unable to refund the outgoing shipping charge, and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with getting the product back to us.
In the rare event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as practically possible that there will be a delay receiving your goods.
The majority of our products are cut to order and can be purchased in a continuous length suitable for your requirements. However, some products are sold in set lengths or quantities. Please see the explanations below that detail the various ‘Unit of Purchase’ options for different products on our website.

Please enter the length that you require into the quantity box. For example, if you enter 3 into the quantity box, you will receive a continuous 3 linear metre length. This length will be supplied as a continuous piece up to the maximum length of the roll. This is usually up to 10 metres.
